I seem to be having a problem with Qbittorrent, I recently tried to see if I could optimize Qbittorrent using a guide that I found online, torrent file not downloading. My problem is that my torrents stopped downloading and uploading, Everything has stopped. I know that it works somewhat because when I restart my computer Qbittorrent gets some fluctuation in the DL bar, torrent file not downloading.
I tried uninstalling, Deleting the preferences folder to reset the settings, restarting my computer, exiting and reopening Qbittorrent, Nothing seems to have worked for more than a few seconds, torrent file not downloading. I know that my internet is fine because I can do tests and browse the web just fine, torrent file not downloading. Its just that the torrents don't seem to want to do anything. I used a calculator to determine what settings would be the best for my connection.

Plex when someone uses it. Here is my Log and ini file, I deleted the torrents from the log, I didn't think they were needed. Wow what a detailed post. Post log? Delete torrent names and IP. Have you tried setting a static local IP and forward ports manually in your router? Doubt that's the problem as you have a green icon in status bar.
Have you tried another bittorrent client with the same settings? I'm running out of ideas. Thank you for your reply, I try to be as detailed as possible when it comes to providing information about a problem.
I actually have done the port forwarding before as well as the static IP, I use Plex and Torrent file not downloading use it with a "Remote Server" as well on a different port that's Plex dedicated, torrent file not downloading. I don't know what they do either so I torrent file not downloading know what to do with the option now that I know it exists.
This is torrent file not downloading log and INI file. I just want to update my torrent seeds, It keeps going up but Qbittorrent does not download or upload. On a test, I restarted my computer and when Qbittorrent started my downloads started but then stopped again.

I'm afraid i don't know what else to try. Good luck! The problem can be fixed by deleting qBittorrent. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling I assume that automatically cleared the folder housing those 2 INI files, torrent file not downloading. But just to make sure I have just deleted them and have restarted Qbittorrent, I will follow up on the results. I checked the dead torrents, I checked the trackers just now and it says on the torrent file not downloading tab that some trackers are "working" but some are "not working".
For the "Do not count slow torrents in these limits" I have just enabled that option just now. So I'll follow up with the results. The weird thing is that yesterday my torrents suddenly started downloading again and I'm not sure why. I have redone my settings in Qbittorrent due to a recommendation that was posted on my thread in the Qbittorrent Fourms. These are the new settings that were posted, And as such I have changed my previous settings to these settings.
Going forward, I recommend a vast reduction on your qBittorrent settings. The az-calc guide you used was badly flawed when it was made and is over 6 years old, torrent file not downloading.
Upload slots: Global maximum: 60 should be lowered further if you lower upload speed much Per torrent: Not "checked" it's not nearly as important as the global max upload slots. With 60 total upload slots, that puts an upper limit on how many active torrents you can have at once -- 60, with 1 upload slot for each. Alright, So I still have this problem. Qbittorrent isn't even letting me move torrents around, I usually put torrents in a "downloading" folder then I put the finished torrents in a folder marked "Unsorted by Filebot" using the torrent program, But when I use the option "Set Location" in Qbittorrent nothing happens. That and my torrents never check it seems, It takes forever to check if the check bar even moves at all.
I don't know whats going on. I have used qBittorent for some time successfully, but recently have experienced the same problem. I appear to be set up correctly but suddenly am getting 0 upload and 0 download speeds. Although my computer registers clean when I do a thorough scan, I've noticed problems with other software programs not functioning correctly.
Could I possibly have some type of virus torrent file not downloading my Windows Defender is not picking up on? I've already removed malware with Malwarebytes. Cleared it out and started downloading again straight away. I still had a lot of space left on my hard drive.
However, due to all the problems with my inability to download torrents and similar problems with everything else, I finally bit the bullet and reloaded Windows 10 from scratch, losing practically everything in the process, including important files that I thought were personal. But I'm happy to report I'm recuperating and qBittorent is functioning again.
I didn't realize that when you redo Windows 10, you lose all your online settings as well, torrent file not downloading. What a pain in the posterior! Try changing the auto-assigned PORT to a random one - fixed the problem for me.

I download more than I seed. Are there other users on the LAN? This comment has been minimized. Sign in to view. I have not tried a different client yet, I'm hoping I don't have to, torrent file not downloading. My firewall is set by Kaspersky.
Here are my current settings new and other info. Now I cant cant even get qbittorrent to close using the end process command with task manager. When I close it I will upload my log.
