I disagree… too much implied, too many assumptions and statements in the chapters that are then contradicted or clarified in the footnotes. Easyt to read — yes. Certainly, people should read all of any book they read, including the endnotes.
That many people do not is to their own detriment. Your website is not very user friendly, when you offer books, one should be able to press a download button instead of a button to buy a free book.
